How can I contact the Seraphim store?

When will I receive my order?

Standard orders over GHC 1000 are fulfilled and delivered on average by the next business day for free. For purchases under GHC 1000, a charge of GHC 45 will be charged for delivery within the next business day timeframe.

Expedited deliveries are fulfilled and delivered same day (if order is placed before 2pm on a business day) for GHC 55.

How can I place an order?

Orders are placed directly on our website. Go to Shop. Alternatively you may visit our shop in East Legon, Accra near Lizzy Sports Complex. The address is 1 Carrot Avenue, Accra, which is searchable on Google Maps. 

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept major credit cards and Mobile Money. Cash on delivery and point of sale payments are also possible.
